Rename or remove anyone. Removing a name doesn't affect their past reservations.
Approvers
Keep a saved list of possible approvers. Exactly one is "current" and receives approval-request emails — switch it any time the rotation changes.
Calendar closures
Block off a date range with a note, e.g. "Closed for the winter." Blocks new requests in that range.
